FAMILY TIME: PHOTOS OF THE YOUNG ROYAL FAMILY
The time you spend and share with your family are the most crucial and loving time in a man's life never to be regretted. At a man's death bed the most common thing they wish for is to spend more time with their family and not to go to the office. Prince William and Kate are very well aware of this fact and so do not play with their family moments. Lil Prince George will be christened on Wednesday, and you can follow the news here. IF I DIDN'T CAGE HER SO MUCH MAYBE WE'LL STILL BE TOGETHER: JETA AMATA AND WIFE MBONG SEPERATED
Another broken marriage- Jeta Amata and his beautiful actress wife of five years separated months ago - they didn't fight, but they amicably decided to part ways. However she still bears the "Amata" title...even on her social media pages! News reaching us says, the marriage crashed on Mbong’s insistence over her acting career and confirming the separation to popular Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji, Jeta in his words said;
“Mbong is an amazing mother, an incredible wife…all the time we were together she would never let any other person cook my food…she was faithful and good to me and gave me the best gift in the world, our beautiful daughter. If I didn’t cage her so much maybe we would still be together. I stole her youth and didn’t let her live her dream so it was better to let her go and find new adventures. She’s happy and so am I. Despite the fact that we are no longer together, we are still good friends. She even lives close to me here in LA. Things are great between us and I’m happy to see her happy.”
Jeta met Mbong when she was only 16 years old in Calabar in 2001 during a movie audition. He waited for her to mature and they started dating when she turned 18 two years later. In 2008, they welcomed a daughter, that same year, Jeta married Mbong. They later moved from their base in Abuja to Los Angeles so Jeta could work on his movie projects. Few weeks back Jeta threw Mbong a flamboyant birthday bash, little did we know that the couples were unhappy. ..hmmmmm "be careful what you wish for" really sad story.Another broken marriage
YET ANOTHER OLD PEOPLES WEDDDING: PARAGUAYAN COUPLE TOGETHER FOR 80 YEARS FINALLY DECIDES TO GET MARRIED
It seems our very old people have decided to make it official in the site of God and getting married at old age has become the order of the day. Earlier this month I posted about Uk's Ted Parsons and Jean Reed who got married after 20yrs of Courting. Today A paraguayan couple raised the bar, they got married after 80years of being together.

By most accounts, it was a traditional wedding ceremony. The bride wore a white gown with flowers woven into her hair. The groom opted for a dress shirt. They held hands as the priest conducted the ceremony. But this wasn’t just any regular wedding. Jose Manuel Riella, the groom, is 103 years old. The bride, Martina Lopez, is 99. The Paraguayans have been together for 80 years, and have eight children together, but they had never tied the knot in the eyes of the church. So they decided, after eight decades, to make their union official. Riella married Lopez Saturday in the backyard of their home, some 200 miles north of the capital, Asuncion. Priest Christian Paiva led the religious ceremony and he told The Associated Press Wednesday that the couple had been married by law for 40 years but not by the church."My children asked us why we didn't get married, what are you waiting for, they asked," Lopez said. Riella, who was in a wheelchair, has some hearing problems but still recognizes his family members. His wife still takes care of all home chores. The couple has 50 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren. All but two of their children were able to attend the big day.The couple exchanged rings during the ceremony, needing a little assistance from family members to get them on.
"We are very happy," Lopez said, as guests lined up to offer their congratulations and gifts to the couple. After the ceremony, the couple posed for family photos.

Health Living: What's behind that bloated Belly? 5 common cause...and how to treat them (5)
5. OVARIAN CANCER
Could be the cause if: Bloating is persistent and you have other symptoms such as a perpetual feeling of fullness and abdominal pain. The symptoms of ovarian cancer tend to be quite vague, which is often why it’s diagnosed late when it’s harder to treat, so it’s important to be aware of potential signs.Target Ovarian Cancer chief executive Annwen Jones says: “Key symptoms are bloating that is persistent rather than coming and going and increased abdominal size. Look out for persistent and frequent abdominal pain, difficulty eating and urinary symptoms.“It’s unlikely your symptoms are caused by a serious problem, but it’s important to be checked out.”

4. HORMONAL FLUCTUATIONS
Could be the cause if: You are premenstrual or in the early stages of pregnancy.During pregnancy, and just before your period, levels of the hormone progesterone are raised. This can slow down gut motility or movement, which means food passes more slowly through the body, leading to bloating and possibly constipation. But you can beat the bloat. Exercise can help improve gut motility and walking for 30 minutes a day could be enough to make the difference. Also, drink plenty of fluids and eat lots of fruit, vegetables and whole grains to avoid constipation.

3. COELIAC DISEASE
Could be the cause if: You often feel tired; you’ve lost weight for no apparent reason; you are suffering from abdominal pain. Coeliac disease is an adverse reaction to gluten, which is found in wheat, barley and rye and all foods containing them – everything from pasta and bread to pies and some gravies and sauces. It is an autoimmune condition where the body mistakes substances in gluten for a threat and attacks them, leading to damage to the surface of the small bowel, which then affects your ability to absorb nutrients from food.It used to be mainly diagnosed in children, but it’s now known people can go undiagnosed into middle age. If you have these symptoms, see your doctor and ask to have a blood test for coeliac disease. National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence guidelines state that anyone with bloating and other IBS-type symptoms should be tested for it. If you’re diagnosed, you’ll feel better once you start avoiding all foods containing gluten.

2. FLATULENCE
Could be the cause if: You are passing a lot of wind, but don’t notice any other symptoms. We all experience flatulence from time to time – it’s perfectly normal to do so up to 15 times a day – and sometimes you may not even notice that you are doing it. While there’s no medical definition of excessive flatulence, if it’s bothering you and makes life awkward or feels uncomfortable, there are steps you can take to reduce it.Try cutting down on foods that are high in non-absorbable carbs. Common culprits include beans and pulses, broccoli, cabbage, prunes and apples, and foods containing the sugar substitute sorbitol. These tend to be digested very slowly and can release small amounts of sulphur gas while they pass through the gut. Nutrition consultant Ian Marber says: “Eat food slowly and remember to chew. Without chewing, food is more likely to pass into the gut partially broken down and there’s a higher chance it will ferment and produce gas.”Be aware that, occasionally, an underlying health condition – including those that are listed here – could also be causing flatulence.
Hmmmmmmmmm have you ever thougt of it.. We'll see no.3 tomorrow.

Healthy Living: What's behind that bloated belly? 5 common causes... and how to treat them
You’re not pregnant and you haven’t gained weight, but your jeans are straining at the waist. So what’s going on? Here are the most common causes, we'll look at five of them, one per day.
IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME
Could be the cause if: You’ve been bloated on and off for a long time and have also experienced symptoms including pain, constipation and/or bouts of diarrhoea. A common bowel condition, IBS is a functional disorder, which means there’s nothing wrong with the structure of the bowel itself, but the way the gut works is abnormal. Peter Whorwell, professor of medicine and gastroenterology at the University of Manchester, says: “We think the gut is over-sensitive in IBS sufferers so its normal processes cause the symptoms.”Bloating is one of the most disruptive side effects of IBS. Some women go up a couple of dress sizes and even need different clothes depending on whether or not they are bloated. For many, it tends to worsen towards the evening, so it can disrupt your social life. There’s no cure for IBS, but you can manage the symptoms.“Cutting out cereal fibre eases symptoms by between 30% and 40% in the majority of sufferers,” says Professor Whorwell. This means avoiding wholemeal bread, oats, muesli, digestive biscuits, cereal bars and all breakfast cereals other than Rice Krispies, but white bread, cakes, cream crackers and most biscuits are fine.Try doing this for three months to see if it helps. Probiotics may also ease symptoms. Try Activia yoghurts, as the probiotic strain they contain has been shown to help IBS.You could also try a supplement such as BioCare Acidophilus (£20.90 for 60 capsules, www.biocare.co.uk), and it’s worth seeing your GP.Doctors can prescribe medication for you, such as anti-spasmodics, laxatives and anti-diarrhoeals.“There’s no problem taking laxatives and anti-diarrhoeals in the long term if you have IBS,” adds Professor Whorwell.

A MAN FAKED BOMB ALERT ON HIS WEDDING DAY
A would-be groom who triggered a bomb scare at his own wedding when he forgot to book the venue. Messed up a previous attempt to marry his girlfriend, Amy Wiliams’ family were so worried it could happen a second time they even checked the proposed venue and found Neil McCardle had not made a booking. Yet Amy still refused to believe them and arrived in her wedding dress as police swarmed around St George’s Hall, Liverpool.
A relative said: “A year ago, Neil promised her a wedding which didn’t pan out, so we were cautious." But Amy just would not listen to us. When the whole wedding party arrived at St George’s Hall, it was chaos, it was really upsetting for Amy, but also other couples who were tying the knot probably had their day ruined as well.” The court heard he told the receptionist: “There’s a bomb in St George’s Hall and it will go off in 45 minutes”, before putting the phone down.McCardle, 36, of Kirkby, Merseyside, faces jail when he was sentenced later this month for the hoax call.He confirmed last night that he and Amy were still in a relationship.
